At ZLABEL, we deliver your order quickly, securely and as sustainably as possible. Below you find our shipping options, costs and delivery times, including free Pickup In Store at our Amsterdam shop.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the Netherlands and to EU countries. We do not yet ship outside the EU — follow @Zlabeloriginal to hear it first when that changes.

Shipping methods

We ship with trusted carriers including PostNL, DHL and DPD. Every order is sent with Track & Trace.

• You receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours after your order is dispatched.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping costs & delivery times

Exact rates for your country are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Pickup In Store — free

Prefer to collect your order yourself? Choose Pickup In Store at checkout.

• Your order is ready for pickup within 24 hours of being placed.

• You receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

• Orders not collected within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees.

Eco-friendly shipping

• Orders are packed using recyclable and sustainable materials wherever possible.

• We work with carriers committed to reducing carbon emissions in their delivery process.

Good to know

• Delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday to Friday) and can vary around public holidays, sales periods and carrier delays.

• Free-shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and exclude shipping fees.

• If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.
